AlaviExpress.LK is operated solely by ZikZen Solutions (Pvt) Ltd.. All products, services, subscriptions, and offerings available on the Platform are provided directly by the company. Orders and Acceptance

Delivery and Shipping
Delivery services apply only to physical products sold by ZikZen Solutions (Pvt) Ltd. Estimated delivery timelines are indicative and may vary due to logistics, location, weather, or other factors beyond our control.
You are responsible for providing accurate delivery details. Failed deliveries due to incorrect information may result in additional charges or cancellation.
Returns and Refunds
Returns and refunds for physical products are governed by our Refund Policy.
Fees paid for digital services, subscriptions, promotional services, or advertising packages provided directly by ZikZen Solutions (Pvt) Ltd. are non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise or required by law.
Subscription Services

User-Generated Content

By submitting content, you grant ZikZen Solutions (Pvt) Ltd. a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use such content for operational and promotional purposes.

All content, designs, trademarks, logos, software, and materials on the Platform are the exclusive property of ZikZen Solutions (Pvt) Ltd. and are protected under applicable intellectual property laws.
Payments and Billing
Payments may be made via Cash on Delivery (COD), Bank Transfer, or secure online payment methods using authorized payment service providers such as PayHere or Koko.
ZikZen Solutions (Pvt) Ltd. does not store card details. Payment processing is handled by third-party gateways in accordance with their security and compliance standards.
Prohibited Use
You agree not to misuse the Platform, engage in fraudulent activity, attempt unauthorized access, or use the Platform for unlawful or commercial purposes not authorized by us.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The Platform and all products and services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We make no warranties regarding uninterrupted availability or error-free operation.
Limitation of Liability
